"I believe that educating and working with the patient helps them to feel confident in their diagnosis and the solution for it."
With over ten years of experience, Josh Yorgason, MD, brings a patient-first mentality to ADVENT. A Utah native, Dr. Yorgason graduated Suma Cum Laude with an undergraduate in neuroscience and a medical degree from Columbia University in New York. His residency brought him back home to Utah where he obtained advanced training with sinus experts as well as advanced training on pediatric ENT disorders before moving to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area where he has predominantly practiced since 2013.
Dr. Yorgason understands the importance of listening and asking questions to properly identify the root cause of your concern to find the right solution for you. Taking a team-based approach to treating sinus, snoring, and sleep apnea concerns, he strives to deliver the highest life-changing results in the most convenient, least invasive way possible.

Hours of Operation:
What can I expect on my first visit?
At your first visit, we'll focus on finding the facts with an exam to ensure we understand the root of your issue. We'll talk with you about your goals and design a plan specific to you. ADVENT is the only ENT clinic that provides you with a complete Breathing Triangle Evaluation.
Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
Most insurance does not require a referral. If yours does, we can let you know.
How long does recovery take?
Most patients experience very little (if any) downtime. You can resume normal activity on the day of the procedure depending on how you're feeling. You may feel like you have a slight cold the day after your procedure. It is recommended to avoid any excessive or strenuous activity for 48 hours after the procedure.
How is ADVENT different than other clinics?
One of the many reasons patients choose us is because we have a 99.7% referral rate. We also do something no other ENT clinic does: we give our patients a complete Breathing Triangle Evaluation. This evaluation is unique to ADVENT and puts a 100% focus on your airway issues. This allows us to get to the root of your snoring or sinus issue. The Breathing Triangle Evaluation has helped over 31,000 ADVENT patients breathe and sleep better.
