At your first visit, we'll focus on finding the facts with an exam to ensure we understand the root of your issue. We'll talk with you about your goals and design a that's plan specific to you. ADVENT is the only clinic that provides you with a complete Breathing Triangle® Evaluation. Your highly trained medical provider will immediately review the results with you and discuss a personalized plan to solve your issues.
Your new patient appointment will be 30 minutes long. This visit is focused on finding the facts with an exam to ensure we understand the root of your issue. We'll discuss your goals and design a plan specific to you.

ADVENT Eden Prairie is located at 6640 Shady Oak Rd, Suite 255, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. It is situated within the Valley Square Corporate Center, near the intersection of Shady Oak Road and City West Parkway. To reach Suite 255, enter the main entrance of the Valley Square Corporate Center from Shady Oak Road and follow the signs to the second floor. Ample parking is available in the lot surrounding the building. The office is about 1.5 miles north of Flying Cloud Drive and approximately 2 miles south of Interstate 494, located directly across the street from the Eden Prairie Office Park.
How to find our clinic after parking:
From the surface lot, enter the side door - you will find the elevator to the left. From underground parking, enter through the double doors and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Turn left out of the elevator, then right down the hall—we’re two doors down.
