Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At ADVENT MSO, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality care and ensure appointment availability for all patients. To maintain efficiency and accommodate scheduling needs, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellation Fee

  • Patients who cancel their appointment within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri) of their scheduled time may be subject to a $47 cancellation fee.
  • This fee applies to all appointment types.
  • The cancellation fee does not apply in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy

  • Patients who do not show up for their appointment without prior cancellation may also be subject to the $47 no-show fee.

Insurance & Payment Responsibility

  • The cancellation fee is not covered by insurance and patients are responsible for paying this fee directly.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To avoid the cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling us at 888.938.3838.
