Hi, I’m Garrison, a Physician Assistant at ADVENT. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and have stayed close to my roots ever since. My career began by helping open and operate a new urgent care clinic in Smyrna, TN. It was during my time in urgent care that I witnessed just how disruptive chronic sinus issues and untreated sleep apnea can be. I saw firsthand how these conditions affect patients’ quality of life, and that fueled my passion to transition into ENT, where I could make a greater, lasting impact.

My interest in healthcare started early, inspired by my uncle—a respiratory therapist—who shared stories not just about unique cases, but about the deep, meaningful connections formed with patients. His stories helped me see the true value of working in healthcare: using your knowledge to improve someone’s life in a meaningful way.

As a provider, my goal is to deliver high-quality, personalized care that improves the lives of those I serve. I want patients to feel seen, heard, and respected—not like just another number. I believe every patient interaction is an opportunity to educate, to intervene, and to make a difference.
