ADVENT, which has 13 locations across four states and is at the forefront of pioneering convenient, efficient and effective treatments for patients suffering with nasal blockage, sinus, snoring and sleep apnea conditions, announces the expansion of their services to northwest Indiana. This expansion is a result of joining forces with The Center for Sleep and Nasal Sinus Disorders, founded by Dr. Douglas Liepert and his wife, Taimi, who as of May 23, 2022, will rebrand existing clinics in South Bend and Goshen under the ADVENT name.

"As the only surgical focused sleep provider in the area, we have grown exponentially over the last two years and recognized partnering with another independent practice was the next step needed to treat our community using the best tools and technology available," says Douglas Liepert, MD,  of The Center for Sleep and Nasal Sinus Disorders. "ADVENT is an emerging national leader that shares our vision to provide a focused, high quality, patient experience for breathing and sleep issues that is vastly different to the traditional non-focused medical model focused. Our partnership will allow us to bring new technology, increased capacity and elevated expertise to treat people within our community."

Founded by Madan Kandula, MD, in 2004, ADVENT has pioneered simple in-office sinus and snoring solutions and to help people break the cycle of ineffective healthcare, leaving the pharmacy aisle, nasal sprays, sleep aids and frustrations behind. ADVENT's leading-edge model of care is dramatically different and more effective than the standard approach. A team of highly-trained medical professionals determine the root of the problem and deliver customized treatment plans to properly treat issues within The Breathing Triangle®, a term coined by Dr. Kandula to illustrate the interconnection of nose, throat and breathing issues that are massively underdiagnosed in America. Unique offerings for patients include in-office CT scans, at-home sleep studies and in office procedures with little to zero down time.

"I see so many patients who are frustrated with the ineffective treatment they have been provided by big healthcare systems," states Kandula, CEO of ADVENT. "The cycle stops here. We understand. We listen. We change lives. In turn we will flip the script on how medical practices operate on a national level. We are thrilled to be joining Dr. Liepert to provide the most advanced and unintrusive, in-office treatments for nose and throat to South Bend and Goshen."

About ADVENT

Founded in 2004 in Wisconsin by Madan Kandula, MD, and his wife, Gwen Kandula, AuD, ADVENT is an alternative to conventional ENT practices. Having realized no other industry would treat consumers the way they're treated in healthcare, ADVENT resolved to redefine the patient experience, leaving behind the long wait times, uncertainty, and dismissal and moving toward innovation, memorable care, and simple in-office solutions. ADVENT's commitment is to flip the conventional constructs of a failed healthcare system upside down, pulling patients off the frustrating cycle of indefinite physician care and unlock potential to breathe properly. ADVENT is growing to include 13 clinics in four states, including Appleton, Green Bay, Mequon, Oak Creek, Oconomowoc, Pleasant Prairie, and Milwaukee / Wauwatosa in Wisconsin; Chicago Loop, Oak Park, Naperville, Northbrook, Schaumburg, and Vernon Hills in Illinois; South Bend and Goshen in Indiana; and Blaine (outside Minneapolis) and Woodbury in Minnesota.
