ADVENT Vernon Hills is located at 925 N Milwaukee Ave #200 in Vernon Hills, Illinois, in the Mellody Farm Shopping Center. From I-94, exit on Townline Rd and head north to N Milwaukee Ave (IL Route 21). Turn North onto N Milwaukee Ave to the entrance of the Mellody Farm Shopping Center. ADVENT is clearly marked above the patient's entrance. Patient parking is available in the internal parking area of the complex. We are in the first building to the left (North) as you enter the Mellody Farm Shopping Center development, between Kuma’s Corner and Aligned Modern Health, South of MilTon Luxury Apartments.
From the North or South:
- Get on I-94 E/Tri-State Tollway
- Follow I-94 E/Tri-State Tollway to IL-60 W/E Townline Rd in Mettawa.
- Take exit 19 from I-94 E/Tri-State Tollway
- Follow IL-60 W/E Townline Rd to the ADVENT clinic
From the East or West:
- Drive from IL-60 W/E Townline Rd to Vernon Hills
- Turn right, then turn left and the ADVENT clinic will be on your right

Your highly trained medical provider will immediately review the results with you and discuss a personalized plan to solve your issues.
