The recent expansion into northeastern Indiana is a result of joining forces with The Center for Sleep and Nasal Sinus Disorders, founded by Dr. Douglas Liepert and his wife, Taimi, who as of May 23, 2022, will rebrand under the ADVENT name. “As the only surgical focused sleep provider in the area, we have grown exponentially over the last two years and recognized partnering with another independent practice was the next step needed to treat our community using the best tools and technology available,” says Dr. Liepert. “ADVENT is an emerging national leader that shares our vision to provide a focused, high quality, patient experience for breathing and sleep issues that is vastly different to the traditional non-focused medical model focused. Our partnership will allow us to bring new technology, increased capacity and elevated expertise to treat people within our community."

ADVENT is located one block west of Hwy 23. Turn West on Dugdale, North on Generation Drive. There is a shared parking lot on the right. The building will be on the left in the parking lot on the street side. We are beside the Partner’s Bank with lime green signs and across from Holistic Health Alliance Clinic.
From the North or South:
- Take IN-933 S to W Cleveland Rd in Clay Township
- Continue on W Cleveland Rd to IN-23 S
- Turn right onto IN-23 S
- Drive to Generations Dr and the ADVENT ENT clinic will be on your right
From the East or West:
- Follow I-80 E/I-90 E to Douglas Rd in Clay Township. Take exit 77 from I-80 E/I-90 E
- Continue on Douglas Rd. Take Twyckenham Dr and IN-23 N to Generations Dr
