In 2004, Madan Kandula, MD, embarked on a journey, along with his wife, Gwen Kandula, AuD, to redefine the patient experience, ultimately leaving behind the long wait times, uncertainty and dismissal, and move towards innovation, memorable care and simple in-office sinus and sleep solutions. ADVENT was born.
Dr. Kandula’s vision for ADVENT is to help people live better, guided by passion and care to make a difference. ADVENT exists to change the lives of patients and team members alike; creating a culture that fosters learning, growth and meaning.
It is with this vision and passion that has allowed Dr. Kandula to expand ADVENT to multiple locations and set the tone for his nomination and recipiency for the BizTimes 2019 Bravo! Entrepreneur Award.
Held on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, the BizTimes Bravo! / I.Q. (Innovation Quotient) Awards program recognized entrepreneurs and innovators for their best traits of entrepreneurship, including willingness to take risk, drive, perseverance, flexibility and more.
