Sometimes what is good sleep is hard to quantify. Really the only way to know that you got a good night's sleep is relating to a bad night's sleep.

There's been plenty of studies looking at what causes someone to have poor sleep. One of the biggest issues...your ability to breathe properly. There's nothing more fundamental to a good night's sleep than an adequate ability to breathe.

You want to mess up somebody's sleep? Plug their nose. Somebody whose nose isn't working will have the worst night sleep that they've ever had. They'll wake up with headaches, they'll wake up with a dry mouth, and they'll wake up feeling fatigued. If you're snoring or if you have sleep apnea, that's your body crying for help. Your body is literally fighting to breathe.

Sleep is essential to helping us function properly throughout the day. If you cannot breathe properly, you won't sleep properly. What's the solution then? Mouth shut, nose open, day and night. If this is something that is currently not possible for you, then you won't be able to get the sleep needed to live your best life. You deserve solutions to your sleeping struggles. Cue The Breathing Triangle®...

Yawning

The Breathing Triangle® is the three holes used for breathing; the two nostrils and the mouth. Many people do not know that these three areas are interconnected and have a significant effect on the rest of your body.

If any of these three areas do not function properly, it can lead to more severe issues such as heart attack or stroke. Thankfully there are many solutions to address these issues, many of which are noninvasive and straightforward processes. However, many overlook The Breathing Triangle® and instead use short-term solutions.

It may sound cliché but the gift of breathing is the gift that keeps giving. With better breathing you will experience:

  • Better sleep
  • Higher levels of energy
  • Less use of pills or sprays
  • Being able to stay awake throughout the day
  • Health benefits such as a healthy heart and brain
  • And many many more!

ADVENT's Breathing Triangle® evaluation is a game-changer. Once you experience more energy, fewer sinus infections, better sleep, and most importantly, the ability to breathe through both nostrils with your mouth closed during both the day and night, wonder why you didn't do this years ago.

Experience the personalized experience that ADVENT's Breathing Triangle® evaluation has to offer and schedule your visit today!
