Intro

[01:15] Dr. Kandula bio.

[03:00] Dr. Kandula personal struggles with sinus issues.

[07:00] Why this country is suffering from an airway crisis. Increased sensitivity in airways mostly due to allergies that are so prevalent today. Also, maybe our environment is too clean?

[13:50] The Breathing Triangle® – connection between ears, nose, and throat.

[19:25] The problems with mouth breathing. Especially bad for children and they will grow up compromised. The nose filters the air, and that isn’t happening when you breathe through your mouth.

[21:15] Oral posture check-in exercise.

[23:40] Sleep apnea - nighttime is the time for healing and rest and when you are literally being strangled multiple times during the night, you live in fight or flight and your body never gets a break.

[31:00] How do you to start getting a better night’s sleep? Get the airway anatomy checked and corrected. Let’s get to the root of the problem instead of the continuous band-aids.
