Nasal Cryotherapy with ClariFix®
Chronic rhinitis is discouraging, embarrassing and can leave you stuck in a cycle of pharmacy aisle remedies and with a mountain of tissues. Chronic rhinitis occurs when there is an imbalance of the nerves in the nose, causing a response from the nose as if it were fighting an illness. This response induces inflammation of the nasal lining (congestion) and increased mucus production (runny nose).
If you’ve been diagnosed with chronic rhinitis, you may be a good candidate for Nasal Cryotherapy with ClariFix®. This simple, in-office solution will put the freeze on a runny, congested nose in just 60 seconds.

If determined you are a good candidate for a Nasal Cryotherapy with ClariFix®, you'll follow these steps through The Patient Journey™:
Step 1

Finally get answers to your sinus questions. Your first visit is focused on finding the facts with an exam to ensure we understand the root of your issue. We'll discuss your goals and design a plan specific to you. If this visit is in-office, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your Breathing Triangle®.
Step 2

Understand what is going on inside your nasal passages with an in-office CT Scan. Your provider will immediately review the results with you and discuss a personalized plan to solve your issues. We'll help you navigate the complexities of insurance. Before you begin your treatment plan, you can get an estimate of all out-of-pocket costs.
Step 3

If it is determined there is an additional issue contributing to your sinus concerns, your Physician may recommend a simple, in-office procedure, like Balloon Sinuplasty, prior to Nasal Cryotherapy.
Step 4

On the day of the procedure, a topical and local anesthetic will be used to numb the area of the nerve. Then, ClariFix® will be applied to the area for about 60-seconds.

Following the procedure, you'll return for a 6-week follow-up visit to ensure your recovery is on track.
