Ruben Apgar, APNP

Hello, my name is Ruben, and I am your Nurse Practitioner at ADVENT. I pursued a career in medicine because I wanted to have the honor of caring for people. Prior to ADVENT, I worked as an ICU Nurse, often seeing patients struggling with the more severe, “domino effects” of sleep apnea and sinus issues. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to help people like you every day by addressing the root cause of your sinus and sleep concerns.

As my patient, you can expect to be at the center of your care. I am here to listen, validate your concerns, and guide you in finding a solution. My top priority is to make a difference in your life and help you live the life you were meant to live.

When I am not at work, I am usually out doing something fun with my kids. We love to travel as a family - my kids can pack up their suitcases in a matter of minute (it’s pretty impressive). My favorite place I have visited is Germany. Running is also a big passion of mine…so much so that I have run 14 marathons.
