Erbay Salievski is driven to treat his patients and not just their symptoms. He knows that no two patients are the same and their treatment plan needs to fit their unique goals. The thing he loves most about being a physician assistant is actively listening to his patients, to make sure they are being heard and feel comfortable communicating with him.
Erbay’s role at ADVENT includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, providing counsel on preventative health care, assisting with surgery, and writing prescriptions. Within the physician-PA relationship, Erbay provides a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Erbay shares ADVENT’s philosophy on patient first approach. He loves every opportunity to develop good patient-provider relationships, which allows him to determine a care plan unique to each of his patients.
PERSONAL
Erbay is an active person that likes to bike, exercise, and travel. As a resident of Chicago, he enjoys exploring the food scene and spending time at the parks and lake. On the weekends he enjoys going out and spending quality time with friends and family.
