The feeling of like, whoa, like, this is great. Yeah, yeah. So yes, that was... it was amazing.

And then it continues, you know, then your ability to breathe continues. You know? Being constant sinus sufferers, you know, you think, oh I'm having a really good day. And then two minutes later it's like, oh, I'm stuffy again.

But yeah, it lasted.

I participate in sports now. I do spin classes. I'm a big runner. I’ve run
Chris
a number of half marathons, not to brag, but to think about not being able to breathe through those. I wouldn't have been able to do that.
