“My name is Charlotte and I decided to come to ADVENT after struggling with a few different things, the most intense being waking up with headaches on a regular basis. My snoring was out of control and I was so low on energy during the day but I continued to deal with those symptoms until the headaches became a regular occurrence. I finally decided to do something and I am so happy I did. After my evaluation and testing, I found out I have severe sleep apnea which explained a lot. I went through a nasal procedure and now have a CPAP machine and I am finally breathing better throughout the night which in turn helps me get the sleep I need. I cannot thank everyone enough at Advent for all the help and guidance I have received so far, I am truly grateful, this experience has been amazing and life changing for me.”
