STEVENS POINT, WIS.– ADVENT, which has taken its unique nasal-first approach to Airway-Breathing concerns to 25 locations across four states, including Green Bay and Appleton in northern Wisconsin, is thrilled to bring their world-leading in-office Breathing Triangle solutions to Plover. Up until now, residents in the Stevens Point and Wausau areas had to travel two hours (one hour each way) to Appleton or Green Bay to receive a Breathing Triangle evaluation, so this new facility sets the trend in making Airway-Breathing medical care more easily accessible to people—no matter where they live.

“If you suffer from nasal congestion, sinus infections, snoring or sleep apnea – you have limited to zero access to in-office solutions throughout the country and ADVENT is on a mission to change that,” states Gwen Kandula, AuD, MBA, co-founder of ADVENT. “With this ADVENT clinic in Plover, we are increasing Airway-Breathing medical care access in Northern Wisconsin – an area close to my heart because I grew up in the Fox Valley area."

ADVENT Plover Ribbon Cuttings

The ribbon cutting for the new Plover clinic will be held Wednesday, June 19, from 3 to 4p.m. at 1820 Post Rd. Suite 5. RSVPs can be made here.

Founded by CEO Madan Kandula, MD, and his wife Gwen Kandula, AuD, MBA, in 2004, ADVENT has pioneered convenient, efficient and effective in-office treatments for patients suffering with nasal blockage, sinus, snoring and sleep apnea conditions to help people break the cycle of ineffective healthcare, leaving the pharmacy aisle, nasal sprays, sleep aids and frustrations behind. Opening in the Stevens Point area is extremely important to them because Dr. Gwen Kandula is a Fox Valley native and understands that much too often forward-thinking healthcare solutions exist mostly in larger metropolitan areas. With ADVENT’s facilities in Appleton, Green Bay and now Plover, the need for convenient, efficient and effective medical care is being realized, and she and her husband are thrilled to bring ADVENT's in-office Breathing Triangle solutions to this community.

ADVENT's world-leading Airway-Breathing model of care is dramatically different and more effective than the standard approach. A team of highly trained medical professionals determine the root of the problem and deliver customized treatment plans to properly treat issues within The Breathing Triangle®, a term coined by Dr. Kandula to illustrate the interconnection of the nose and throat as a main driver to breathing and sleep issues that are massively underdiagnosed in America. Unique offerings for patients include in-office CT scans, at-home sleep studies and in-office procedures with little to zero down time. ADVENT routinely treats patients who have had previously unsuccessful surgeries and is often able to deliver better results with less invasive procedures.

“I see so many patients who are frustrated with the ineffective treatments they have been provided by big healthcare systems,” says Dr. Kandula. “The cycle stops here. We understand. We listen. We change lives. In turn we flip the script on how medical practices operate on a national level and are thrilled to be bringing the most advanced and unintrusive, in-office treatments for nose and throat issues to Green Bay’s patients in need.”

Celebrating its 20th year and with the addition of this new facility in Plover, ADVENT now operates 25 clinics across four states, including Avon, Goshen, Keystone Crossing, Southport, and South Bend in Indiana; Appleton, Mequon, Oak Creek, Oconomowoc, Green Bay, Pleasant Prairie, and Milwaukee (Wauwatosa) in Wisconsin; Chicago Loop, Joliet, Naperville, Northbrook, Oak Park, Schaumburg, Tinley Park and Vernon Hills in Illinois; and Blaine, Eagan, Maple Grove, and Woodbury in Minnesota.
