Jacob Daniels, PA-C

My name is Jacob, and I am a Physician Assistant at ADVENT. I was born and raised right here in Blaine, Minnesota. I first became interested in medicine while my sister worked as a Nursing Assistant, and our family would care for our elderly grandmother. I quickly discovered my passion for providing relief to people who are in vulnerable positions. After attending PA school at the University of Iowa, I knew I wanted to return home and be closer to family.

Outside the clinic, you can find me at the gym, outside walking my dogs Murphy and Edison (Minnesota weather permitting), or working on home improvement projects. I also enjoy snowboarding in the winter and recently picked up golfing, but don’t ask me to place bets anytime soon! I am very close with my family, so any time spent with family or friends is well spent.

As my patient, you can expect an experience that is comfortable, genuine, and effective. I strive to make sure you feel heard, and you leave your visit knowing I am doing everything possible to provide the best care imaginable. I look forward to meeting you and leading you on your journey at ADVENT.
