ADVENT Vernon Hills is located at 925 N Milwaukee Ave #200 in Vernon Hills, Illinois, in the Mellody Farm Shopping Center. From I-94, exit on Townline Rd and head north to N Milwaukee Ave (IL Route 21). Turn North onto N Milwaukee Ave to the entrance of the Mellody Farm Shopping Center. ADVENT is clearly marked above the patient's entrance. Patient parking is available in the internal parking area of the complex. We are in the first building to the left (North) as you enter the Mellody Farm Shopping Center development, between Kuma’s Corner and Aligned Modern Health, South of MilTon Luxury Apartments.

At your first visit, we'll focused on finding the facts with an exam to ensure we understand the root of your issue. We'll talk with you about your goals and design a that's plan specific to you. Your new patient appointment will be 30 minutes long. This visit is focused on finding the facts with an exam to ensure we understand the root of your issue. We'll discuss your goals and design a plan specific to you.
