It is situated within the Valley Square Corporate Center, near the intersection of Shady Oak Road and City West Parkway. To reach Suite 255, enter the main entrance of the Valley Square Corporate Center from Shady Oak Road and follow the signs to the second floor. Ample parking is available in the lot surrounding the building. The office is about 1.5 miles north of Flying Cloud Drive and approximately 2 miles south of Interstate 494, located directly across the street from the Eden Prairie Office Park.

How long will my appointment be?

Your new patient appointment will be 30 minutes long. This visit is focused on finding the facts with an exam to ensure we understand the root of your issue. We'll discuss your goals and design a plan specific to you.
